What do you think of this a days meals?
Ok i just want to see what you guys think of these as a days food intake.
Breakfast- fruit salad with low fat yougurt over the top.
Lunch- Home made leek and potato soup
Dinner- Tuna salad with veg
Any snacks will be fruit or veg, and drink alot of water through out the day.
Not majorly trying to lose weight, just being healthy and wanting natural weight loss from it.
