The best way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the issues arise when we really attempt to put that into operation! There are a lot of temptations in the big wide world don’t you think?! I learned some good information by learning from the web portal in the box below, they have a lot of instruction, I worked off 6 pounds by using their methods.

What overweight women and men have learned is that for years virtually every professional bodybuilder, informed fitness expert and successful personal trainer would tell you the same thing. Whether you want to accelerate the burning of excess body fat, boost your metabolic rate, heighten your thermogenic output or increase your energy level, there is nothing stronger or more effective than the “thermogenic cocktail” of Ephedra, Caffeine, and Aspirin (The E/C/A- Stack”).

I don’t want to use anything that is unsafe. I also don’t want fat burners or put junk in my body to lose weight. I researched the ingredients of the products you mentioned and I wouldn’t want it.

Currently, I’m working on melting off a few inches, because I want to get back to my normal size. You can follow what I’m doing for inspiration.

However, I also know about and am doing the following:

    *Learn about low glycemic eating
*Get answers to your genetic type and how you should be eating as weight loss is not a one size fits all.
*What are safe products/supplements that are clinically proven to help with fat loss.
*Do not confuse weight loss with fat loss. (Most weight loss products cause you to lose muscle and bone and you gain it all back as fat).
*Safe products to support losing the fat and keeping your muscle and bone (Tape measure is more accurate than a scale).

I have listed on my channel, a weekly call about fat loss. They cover these subjects mentioned so that you can learn cutting edge information on how to stay lean for life.

Diets to lose weight fast are the rage these days.

The best approach before you engage into any “diet system” is to learn and truly understand the reason why there is such a HUGE problem with weight loss in today’s world. I say that first because I don’t think people are stopping to really see what’s going on… but that’s another discussion altogether.

First I would advise you to educate yourself on why the market is so focusing on weight loss instead of “fat loss”, because weight loss can mean muscle, and to me, this is not ideal in losing weight… so may say “we’ll when we say weight loss, fat loss is implied”…

I argue to say “it’s not it’s not implied, if the person who loses weight waste away precious muscle in the process and now that they are 20 pounds lighter they have less muscle to burn the needed calories to keep the weight off, especially when they come off the so call ‘diet’”

I’m not opposed to diets to lose weight fast, I’m just trying to get you to think differently from the jump. Once you’ve changed your mind set and truly realize this whole “weight loss” thing, then you will be able to master weight (fat) management and keep it off for as long as you want.
