ok i have a weight loss question?

I am 5’1 and weigh 160 pounds. I would like to be at 115 or 120 because i am really overweight. I want to lose the weight gradually but i dont have time for a diet as i am always on the go. Are there any pills that are affective but are slow at taking the weight off and are all natural. I mean i dont want to drop like 30 pounds overnight or anything. I need something that i can just get at a store. Also i have heard of a lot of weight loss pills making it to where you just dont feel hungry so would the pill work if i eat now when im not even hungry. PLEASE HELP
